Not sure why everyone steals all of the equipment out of a house that is in foreclosure, but sadly this house was stripped clean of all the pool equipment and was a pond. Wells Fargo bank hired us through their property management company, and within 24 hours we had completely transformed this pool. We put in a new pump, new filter, new timer, new clorinator, new light switch and bulb, drained the pool, did our amazing acid wash and chlorine bath, and now the pool looks fresh and inviting and ready to sell.
